Building a MVP brand for germany's market leader to reach new audiences.

In order to meet the demands of a new generation of adventure-seeking travelers, our client decided to develop a new brand specifically geared towards these needs in addition to its main brand. Within a five-day brand sprint workshop, we collaborated seamlessly to craft a robust brand strategy, culminating in the creation of a name that encapsulates the brand's essence with unparalleled precision. In line with this, we created a flexible and scalable brand design framework that offers room for growth and further development through lean guidelines. Proven UX patterns from the existing brand were also used for the product design, and a solid product design system was developed. Amazingly, the brand was launched just six months after the first brand workshop, thanks to the lean and iterative processes.
